Shanghai Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 tsp. each: onion and garlic powders
    1 c. sliced celery
    1 c. cooked, mixed vegetables (canned or frozen)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    3 c. Hy-Top cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion and garlic powders in a lightly greased skillet.
    Add celery, mixed vegetables and soup.
    Stir in rice and seasonings.
    Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove cover; top with noodles. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
