Dieter'S Dream Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 tsp. cinnamon or apple pie spice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (3 lb.) bag Cortland or any other apples you prefer, peeled, cored and sliced
Preparation

Combine apple juice and cornstarch in a medium saucepan, stirring well.
Cook, covered.
Heat until thickened and bubbly, stir in margarine, cinnamon and vanilla.
Add apples, toss well to coat.
Pour into a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Yields 8 slices, 167 calories per slice.
