Deviled Veal Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. veal scallopini
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3/4 c. condensed consomme
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. yogurt
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Dust veal lightly with flour; mix with paprika, salt and pepper.
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add veal and saute quickly until golden all over.
    Remove veal.
    Add onion to pan drippings and saute few minutes.
    Stir in consomme and mustard and cook to blend flavors.
    Return veal to pan.
    Cover and simmer about 15 minutes until veal is tender.
    Just before serving, blend in yogurt.
    Makes 4 servings.
