Chicken Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 egg
1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 c. finely chopped chicken
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp. pimento
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in boiling water (1/4 cup); add flour and dash of salt.
Stir vigorously.
Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that does not separate.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Add egg and beat with mixture until smooth.
Stir in cheese.
Drop dough onto baking sheet using 1 level teaspoonful of dough for each puff.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove puffs from oven; cool and split.
