Quick Chicken And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 recipe cornbread (2 pkg. mix)
    1 onion, chopped and sauteed
    2 cans chicken broth
    4 eggs, beaten (add last)
    2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a very large bowl, place cornbread; add chicken broth until juicy but not watery.
    Add remaining ingredients, adding eggs last.
    Stir until very mixed.
    Pour into a large casserole or baking pan.
    Top with cooked chicken pieces, if desired.
    Bake 45 minutes at 400\u00b0 until set, but not dry.
    Serves 6 to 8.
