Low-Fat Low Sodium Broccoli-Pea Salad - cooking recipe

10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
10 oz. frozen green beans
1/4 tsp. bottled lemon juice
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2/3 c. \"light\" mayonnaise
1/3 c. \"light\" sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
4 hard-cooked egg whites, chopped
Preparation

Thaw broccoli and peas, draining as much water as possible. Combine broccoli and peas; toss with lemon juice.
Add celery, onion, salt and pepper.
Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together. Stir in vegetables.
Add chopped eggs and egg whites and mix lightly.
Serve as individual salads or in lettuce lined bowls. Makes 12 servings.
