Zu-Canoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini
    2 onions, diced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. dill
    1 (4 oz.) block tofu, drained
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chicken style seasoning
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Slice zucchini lengthwise and hone out insides to resemble canoes.
    Saute the insides with onion and garlic in a little water.
    Scramble the tofu and seasonings like eggs.
    Mix together with the zucchini-onion mixture and fill the inside of the zucchini halves.
    Arrange zucchini halves in a baking dish with extra filling around them and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
