Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. meat (shortribs)
    1 can tomatoes, chopped
    1 beef bone
    2 lb. cabbage, shredded
    3 to 4 cans chicken broth
    salt
    pepper
    1 large onion
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Cook meat, bone and kraut together for 1 hour.
    Add salt and pepper to taste, bay leaf, chopped onion, chicken broth and tomatoes.
    Cook 1 more hour.
