Ice Cream Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    18 graham crackers
    1 can frozen tangerine or orange juice
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate mini chips
Preparation
    Soften ice cream at room temperature.
    Arrange crackers in 9-inch pan.
    Stir juice into ice cream.
    Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon evenly over crackers.
    Top with remaining crackers.
    Cover and freeze about 2 hours.
    Makes 9 sandwiches.
