Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 can vegetable broth
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. chicken
    vegetables
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, ginger, broth and soy sauce until smooth; set aside.
    Stir-fry chunks of chicken, add steamed vegetables.
    Add reserved broth mix, bring to boil until thickened.
    Serve with rice.
