Country Style Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 small zucchini
3 medium onions
5 strips bacon
Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Prepare in a skillet (and serve in it too).
Fry bacon crisp; remove, drain and set aside.
Drain some of the bacon fat from pan. Slice onions into skillet; partially fry.
Slice zucchini and add to skillet.
Mix onions and zucchini; season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook (medium to low heat); stir occasionally.
Cook until zucchini is tender, but not limp.
Crumble bacon over the top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serve with a smile.
