Beef Short Ribs Polynesian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. lean short ribs
    meat tenderizer
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
    3 green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Remove bones from meat and cut into 3-inch squares.
    Apply meat tenderizer, following label directions.
    Combine soy sauce, tomato sauce, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic, green onion and sesame seed in shallow pan.
    Add meat and marinate in this mixture overnight in fridge, turning to coat all sides.
