Lamb Shanks(Easy And Tasty) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lamb shanks (1 per person)
    onion soup mix
    dry onion soup mix (1 pkg. mix to 2 large or 3 to 4 small shanks)
Preparation
    In casserole dish, place desired number of lamb shanks and sprinkle with dry onion soup mix (do not add water).
    Cook, tightly covered, in oven at 225\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours, until fork-tender.
