Feed-Em-All Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    2 large cans crushed pineapple in own juice
    8 bananas
    3 boxes vanilla instant sugar-free pudding
    4 1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (nonfat)
    2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip lite
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix cake mix with Egg Beaters instead of eggs and 1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil.
    Spray two 9 x 13-inch pans and one 8 x 8-inch pan with Pam.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool. Spread on drained pineapple.
    Slice bananas over pineapple.
    Mix pudding, milk and softened cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer (will be slightly lumpy).
    Spread over bananas. Top with Cool Whip; sprinkle coconut.
    Keep in fridge.
