Four-Bean Salad Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. smoked sausage, bite size
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans S&W ready-cut salsa
    1 (15 oz.) can S&W pinquitos (undrained)
    1 (15 oz.) can S&W black beans (undrained)
    1 (15 oz.) can S&W white beans
    1 (15 oz.) can S&W kidney beans (undrained)
    cilantro, chopped shredded
    Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese (optional garnish)
Preparation
    Saut sausage 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Drain excess fat. Add tomatoes, beans and cilantro; mix well. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with cheese, if desired. Serves 6.
