Tomato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. tomatoes
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar (to taste)
    5 biscuits or 5 slices loaf bread
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Crumble bread.
    Add tomatoes and sugar.
    Stir until mixed well. Melt butter in casserole dish.
    Add tomato mix.
    Dot top with butter and bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 approximately 1 hour.
    Should brown on top.
