Mornay Chicken With Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 c. warm milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 c. cooked chicken, sliced into thin strips
1 c. broccoli or other favorite vegetable
3/4 lb. al dente spaghetti
Parmesan cheese
butter
Preparation

Melt 6 tablespoons butter.
Add flour, salt and pepper to make a smooth paste.
Add warm milk slowly to butter mixture.
Simmer and stir 5 to 10 minutes.
Stir egg yolks and 6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese quickly into white sauce.
Stir chicken and broccoli into sauce.
Toss sauce with spaghetti.
Place in a large jelly roll pan.
Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
Dot with butter.
Place under broiler and brown.
Serves 6 to 8.
