Rocky Roads(Candy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
2 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. broken nutmeats
12 candied cherries, quartered (optional)
2 Tbsp. chopped citron (optional)

Preparation

Melt chocolate pieces over hot (not boiling) water.
Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows and nutmeats.
Add cherries and citron.
Spread in wax paper lined dish and chill until set.
Cut into small squares.
