Wheatheart Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk, scalded
    4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. lukewarm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    3 c. whole wheat flour all-purpose flour (graham bromated)
Preparation
    Blend together as listed.
    Add enough flour to make a satiny dough.
    Turn out on board and work until easy to handle.
    Knead 10 minutes and place in lightly greased bowl.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled.
    Punch down.
    Shape in two parts.
    Put in 2 loaf pans.
    Let rise to almost double in size.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
