Whole Wheat Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. white flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 c. skim milk
Preparation

In medium mixing bowl, combine flours, baking powder and salt. Cut in oleo until particles are fine.
Add milk and stir until dough clings together.
Knead on lightly floured surface 12 times. Pat out to 3/4-inch thickness.
Cut into 1 1/2-inch circles. Place biscuits 1/2 inch apart on baking sheet.
