No-Knead Whole Wheat Bread(From County Cork, Ireland) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    6 tsp. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. honey
    4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sorghum or molasses
Preparation
    Place the whole wheat flour in large bowl; set it in a very low oven for 21 minutes.
    This is to warm the flour and bowl.
    If it is a gas oven, the pilot light will give sufficient heat.
    If not, improvise.
