Homemade Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp cheese
    1 lb. mild cheese
    1 can evaporated milk (you may need a little more milk)
    1 jar pimento
Preparation
    Shred cheese and place in double boiler along with half of the milk.
    Continue to add the milk a little at a time, stirring frequently.
    Cheese should be thick like pudding.
    Remove from heat and add pimento.
    Pour into jars and store in refrigerator.
