Strawberry Preserves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    3 1/2 Tbsp. Sure-Jell
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place strawberries in 2-quart glass bowl or casserole.
    Place in microwave; set timer for 10 minutes.
    After 2 minutes, stir Sure-Jell into thawed strawberries.
    Cook approximately 2 minutes or until a few bubbles show on top.
    Stir in sugar and lemon juice.
    Cook, stirring every 2 minutes.
    Pour into glass jars and refrigerate.
    Yields 3 cups.
