Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash
    1 onion, grated
    1 carrot, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    butter
Preparation
    Cook squash and drain thoroughly.
    Mix in all remaining ingredients except crumbs and butter.
    Pour into casserole dish. Top with crumbs and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbling and beginning to brown for about 30 minutes.
