Easy Meat And Potato Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 or 5 pork chops
about 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced small
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a skillet or Corningware pan, place diced potatoes. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Cover with 1 cup
of milk.
Lay pork chops on top and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 or 1 1/2 hours. Turn pork chops once.
