Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 large jars Gerber Junior carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil and eggs; beat well.
Sift dry ingredients and add egg mixture.
Fold in carrots and nuts.
Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
