Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
    1 can sauerkraut
    1/2 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, arrange chicken in single layer.
    In sieve, rinse sauerkraut in cold water, then press out liquid.
    Sprinkle kraut evenly on chicken.
    Cover kraut with cheese slices.
    Pour dressing on top.
    Cover pan.
    Bake 40 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.
    Garnish with parsley flakes.
    Serves 8.
