Kielbasa And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 medium head cabbage, cut in thin wedges
    1 medium onion
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
    pepper to taste
    1 lb. kielbasa, cut in 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp.
    Remove bacon, reserving drippings in skillet.
    Crumble bacon and set aside. Add next 6 ingredients to drippings; cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat, turning cabbage once.
    Add sausage; cover and cook 7 minutes.
    Transfer to serving dish with slotted spoon; sprinkle with bacon.
    Yields 6 servings.
