Ingredients

2/3 c. bottled lemon or lime juice
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. water
4 tsp. Dijon style mustard
4 tsp. sugar (optional)
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 (2 lb.) boneless turkey breast half
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except turkey, mixing well.
In large, sealable plastic bag, pour 1 1/4 cups marinade over turkey. Seal and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Chill remaining marinade.
Remove meat from marinade.
Grill or broil meat over indirect heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until meat thermometer inserted in center reaches 170\u00b0. Baste frequently with remaining marinade.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
