Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. butter
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Grease pan with butter or oil.
    In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
    Combine milk, water and butter in a saucepan.
    Heat over low heat until liquid is very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Butter doesn't need to melt.
    Gradually add dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed on electric mixer or use hands. Add eggs and 3/4 cup of flour.
    Beat at high speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Stir in enough additional flour to make a stiff dough.
    Turn out onto table.
    Cover with hot towel. Let raise 20 minutes or more.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Brush butter over rolls.
    Serve hot or warm.
