Chile Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 good size tomatoes, peeled and chopped
6 peppers or mangoes, diced
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. salt
6 small onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
dash of red and black pepper
2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; boil for one hour.
Makes 6 pints.
