Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. spareribs
    2 onions, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. catsup
    3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until golden brown.
    Stir in all other ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Place ribs, meaty side up, on a rack in a shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours or until well done, basting with sauce and turning every 30 minutes.
