Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. skim milk
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Stir together flour, sugar and cornmeal.
Stir together egg whites, oil and milk.
Add baking powder to liquids and dissolve completely.
Add liquids to dry ingredients.
Mix just until smooth.
Pour into greased 7 or 8-inch pan.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
