Italian Baked Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium onions
2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/4 c. freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/8 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut onions in half, crosswise. Trim ends so they stand flat.
Scoop out centers and reserve. Pour 1 tbsp. olive oil into baking dish.
Add onions, turn to coat.
Arrange cut sides up, drizzle with vinegar.
Cover and bake 45 minutes or until tender.
Mince reserved onion, mix with remaining ingredients.
Mound in the centers and bake uncovered 20 minutes or until golden.
Serves 4.
