Homemade Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 yeast cake
5 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg white
4 Tbsp. shortening
2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Beat egg white until stiff.
Add crumbled yeast cake.
Melt shortening, along with salt, 1/2 of the milk and all of the sugar over low heat.
Add rest of the milk.
While mixture is yet lukewarm, add to egg white mixture.
Mix in the flour.
Let set 1 hour.
Form into small balls; place on greased baking sheet for 1 hour.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
