My Mom'S Easy Caramel Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frozen loaf white bread
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 stick butter
    1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. boiling water
    1 heaping tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    1 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
    pinch of salt
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Put raisins into boiling water and baking soda; let stand to cool.
    Mix sugar, egg and salt together; cream for 2 minutes. Pour water mixture into sugar and eggs; turn speed to very low. Add flour and baking powder at one time; consistency is thick. Mix until flour is blended, then add nuts.
    Pour into 2 small greased loaf tins.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes to cool and take out of pan.
