Baked Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. grits (plain or speckled)
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    milk (only if necessary)
    2 c. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 stick butter or margarine
    4 eggs, separated (save whites)
Preparation
    Bring salted water to a boil.
    Add grits gradually.
    Reduce heat and cook until mixture becomes thick, stirring frequently, about 20 or 30 minutes.
    Add 1 1/2 cups of the cheese, butter and Worcestershire sauce while hot and set aside.
    Beat egg yolks and add to mixture.
