Angelic Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 - 4 tbsp. sofrito soup and bean sauce
    1/2 can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. of 10 corn tortillas
    3 lb. chicken breast
    2 - 4 c. grated monterrey jack and cheddar
    5 tbsp. chopped onion (optional)
    Garlic powder, cumin spice, salt, pepper (all 1/2 tbsp.)
Preparation
    Boil chicken breast until done and chop into pieces.
