Bean And Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen whole green beans
    6 strips bacon
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook green beans according to directions on package.
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Remove and crumble.
    Reserve 1 tablespoon of drippings.
    Saute onion in drippings until tender.
    Add tomato and bacon; simmer an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
    Place beans and tomato mixture in a 1 1/2-quart casserole and top with cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
