Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lasagna noodles (9)
    2 lb. beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    grated Parmesan cheese
    32 oz. spaghetti sauce
    1 (3 oz.) broiled mushrooms, drained
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet (drain).
    Stir in onion, bell pepper, sauce, mushrooms.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Meanwhile cook noodles. Layer noodles, sauce, Mozzarella cheese in shallow rectangular baking dish.
    Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 35 minutes.
