Broccoli Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain.
    Beat Bisquick, milk, eggs and salt until smooth.
    Stir in broccoli and cheese.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Bake until knife inserted in middle comes out clean (about 1 hour).
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 6.
