Kate Thomas' Potato Pancakes(Kartoffel Plannkuchen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw potatoes, grated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. cream or milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small onion, grated
    garlic to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Drain off excess water from potatoes.
    Add flour, grated onion, garlic, eggs and salt.
    Mix and drop by tablespoonful into heated vegetable oil.
    Fry until golden crisp on one side, turn over and fry on other side.
    Serves 4.
