Barbeque Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Boston butt, 3 or 4 lb.
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 cup broth, more if desired
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 cup catsup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Boil the Boston butt for 3 to 5 hours
    in salted water. Cool and remove from juice. Skim off most of the fat, leaving enough for flavor. Break meat into medium pieces and set aside.
