Mock Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. round steak (in 1 large piece)
    1 box Kellogg's croutettes
    1/2 loaf stale bread, cubed
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery, diced
    6 Tbsp. oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. hot water or beef bouillon
Preparation
    Saute celery and onions in oleo until tender.
    Pour over croutettes, bread, salt and pepper.
    Mix together in large mixing bowl.
    Stir in hot water to moisten.
