Frozen Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    freshly picked mushrooms
    salt
    water
    flour
Preparation
    Cut mushrooms and stems.
    Soak in salt water and rinse several times.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Roll in flour.
    Place on cookie sheet with mushrooms not touching.
    When solidly frozen, remove from freezer and place in container.
    Return to freezer.
    When ready to cook, don't thaw, but cook right away.
