Shoo-Fly Or Centennial Pie(Pennsylvania Dutch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. lard or Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. baking molasses
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. soda in water
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients.
    Save 1/2 for topping crumbs.
    Pour next three ingredients over other half of crumbs.
    Stir, but leave batter lumpy.
    Pour into crusts or into 2 (9-inch) greased and floured cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until done or may be underbaked which will leave a gooey bottom.
    Very good and \"worry free\".
