Pecan Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 sticks butter
2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick oleo, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
dash of salt
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Prepare crust by mixing first 3 ingredients together.
Put into a ball.
Pinch off and pat into muffin pans or as you want to use it.
Dough will be soft.
Mix together rest of ingredients. Beat well.
Pour into crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until filling sets and crust is brown.
