Gingered Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped fine
Preparation
    Peel and cut carrots into 1/4-inch slices; then steam for 15 to 20 minutes or until barely tender.
    Melt margarine in a frying pan until it bubbles.
    Add carrots and toss.
    Sprinkle with sugar and ginger.
    Mix lightly so carrots are glazed, about 1 to 2 minutes.
    Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
