Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 eggs, beaten
2 medium zucchini, grated
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Place all dry ingredients into bowl and stir. Then add parsley, onion and garlic and stir again. Add oil to the beaten eggs. Add to dry mix and stir well to moisten all ingredients. Add zucchini; mix and spread out in oiled 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
