Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 c. sugar, granulated
1 c. confectioners sugar
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Thoroughly cream oil and margarine with sugars.
Add vanilla and eggs.
Sift all dry ingredients together and stir in.
Chill dough for easier handling.
Roll dough by teaspoons, making a ball and roll in sugar.
Press down onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
